Been going to Oswalds for years and they are the best mechanics in Idaho Falls. Consistently friendly, very open about repairs, costs and options. They have worked on a variety of cars we have owned and have great customer service.

Oswald’s helped us out in a big way. Our Buick broke down right before a big family trip. Thankfully we had another car but they were great to work with and got the car in faster than we originally expected. I love that their diagnostics goes over everything that is wrong with the car. They did a great job and helped us out even though we were out of state! The car is up and running now and runs smoother than it has for a long time!

We love going to Oswald’s! They are an honest, hard-working, dependable shop! This time, they did an alignment, helping our car drive safely and smoothly down the road. We have gone to them for years for many different things on our vehicles, though, and have always been satisfied. They have helped us keep our older vehicle running well. So grateful to have an amazing shop in town, and excited for their new shop to open soon, too!

They did an excellent job working on our Jeep and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Chris was great about keeping us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we always knew what was going on with the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent, and what really stood out was the follow-up afterward to make sure everything was still doing good and that we were satisfied. It’s hard to find businesses that truly care about their customers after the job is done, and Oswald Service definitely does. Highly recommend them for honest, reliable service!

They’ve had my truck in a few times this year and both times have been fantastic. The staff are super awesome people. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was done in a good time frame and at a reasonable price. Never tried to upsell something if it wasn’t necessary but definitely pointed it out as something to watch. I will definitely keep bringing my truck to Oswald’s!!
